Good news!
As of 1 April next, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment will open the free STAP development advice for registration and, in addition to training organisations, career professionals can also make a concrete contribution to the working Netherlands.
Please note: the STAP development advice is aimed at groups of people who have little opportunity for further training or who benefit most from training and has as a specific target group practical skilled persons with a completed education of at most mbo-2.
Only people with the highest level of education at mbo-2 level are eligible. In concrete terms, this means:
- No education completed
- basic education
- vmbo or mavo
- mbo-1/mbo entrance
- MBO-2
People with a diploma at mbo-3, mbo-4, havo or vwo level without additional education cannot make use of this scheme. The unique registration code is linked once to a BSN and cannot subsequently be transferred to another participant. This is also new compared to the previous subsidy rounds.
