The structure of the deepening program career Counseling is similar to the Café. You work in small groups with up to two other participants and are accompanied and queried by a coach. Divided into three meetings you pay attention to:
– Qualities
– Wishes
– Practical Possibilities
With the help of different forms of work, individual coaching and peer-coaching you know at the end what you can and will be able to do, you can say this with conviction and you will be better able to make it visible to others and to tune in to your Own actions.

The series consists of three meetings of one and a half hours. You will be in a group of up to 3 people. The meetings take place on a Tuesday evening in Amsterdam.
